All of these terms and conditions are on top of the general terms and conditions that were accepted by PTA and agreed to by the customer in CSAF/eCSAF when the connection or SIM card was activated.
Jazz can set the price or rate of any offer, package, or bundle at any time, or they can remove, change, or cancel that offer, package, or bundle. If the PTA’s rules say so, customers who will be affected must be given advance information.
Offer Any relevant taxes will be added to the price of Maxoffer, package, or bundle, no matter where in the country the service is used or the offer, package, or bundle is activated.
The charging system saves a certain amount of your package’s available data in megabytes (MBs) for each app or website that you open or browse on your device. If you open or browse multiple apps or websites at the same time, your package’s available data may be used up and you may start being charged at the base rate for your package.
For packages on Maxoffer, the balance and recharge amount can be rounded up to the next whole number.
By texting “ON” or “SUB” to 3627, you can use the “Do Not Call Register” service to stop unwanted marketing calls. It’s a service that Jazz users can use for free.
