“Birthday selfie, new tradition!” he told his almost 15 million fans, adding in a humble way, “for accountability of course.”

Aside from the photos of himself, the Super Bowl winner also posted several snaps of his family.

“The 46-year-old files that were lost! What a wonderful year we’ve had with these lovely children, our wonderful family and friends, and all of you! “Let’s make 47 our best year yet,” he wrote under the picture.

“On your birthday, you can post a selfie too, so chill out.”

Brady also sent a special message to his bigger sister Julie with a picture from the past because they share the same birthday.

“Today is the most important birthday!” Brady wrote above the picture that was marked as important in his Instagram Stories.

Brady’s 11-year-old daughter Vivian helped him blow out the candles on his birthday cake when it was her dad’s birthday.

With several red hearts, he wrote under the picture, “the best birthday present.”

Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen have a daughter named Vivian and a boy named Benjamin, who is 14. The ex-NFL player has a 16-year-old son named Jack that he shares with his ex-wife Bridget Moynahan.

Books Brady and Nader were recently said to be dating on the side, but Nader didn’t send Brady a public birthday wish.
