Cost of Electricity goes high at the rate  74 paise Per Unit. The government has dropped an electric bomb on the people who are already struggling under the weight of inflation.

According to the private TV channel Dunya News, the price of electricity has gone up by one rupee to 74 paise per unit. The price increase took effect right away, and according to a notification that is still being processed, the prices will be adjusted every three months. The prices will also apply to K Electric customers, such as DISCOs.
