A statement on May 9 has been released by Khawaja Asif, the defense minister and senior leader of the Muslim League-N.
Khawaja Asif said in the message that 9 May 2023 in Pakistan will always remember us that someone or some people attacked the base of our beloved country for their own reasons and simply because they wanted power.
What happened on May 9, 2023?
It’s hard for our worst enemies to think that the Pakistan Army stations and memorials to the martyrs were attacked. A plan was carried out. At no point or place in the world could someone do something like this? The country recognizes the people who planned and carried out the events of 9 May.
The Pakistani people will always remember their faces. We can still hear their shouts and challenges, which take us back to this sad day and these people. The sentence will be based on the laws of the land. Let’s make a promise today. No matter what, we will not let anyone or any group hurt sacred land’s reputation. We will guard the honor and dignity of the memory of our martyrs.
