After it was found that people with Umrah visas were involved in begging, it has now been found that Pakistani beggars who are going on pilgrimages in Iran and Iraq are also involved in begging. It is said that FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) agents help these Pakistani beggars go to Iraq.

Reports say that the Iraqi government sent a letter to the Pakistani government letting them know they didn’t like how Pakistani beggars and FIA agents were involved.

According to Iraqi officials, the Pakistani government needs to get promises from pilgrims and trip operators that they will come back after their journey.

Iraqi officials say that Pakistanis who come to Iraq through Iran trade drugs, bring people in illegally, and beg. They have brought up the fact that 18–25-year-old Pakistani girls are begging in Iraq and that there are about 60,000 illegal Pakistani refugees.

The government of Iraq has warned that Pakistani people could be put on a “blacklist.”

The fact that the Iraqi government is unhappy has made the Pakistani embassy look bad.

FIA, on the other hand, says that family heads often leave women and children behind in Iraq and go back to Pakistan.

The FIA says that many of these people are from Pakistan and come from places like Hafizabad, Wazirabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujranwala, and Gujrat. It was also said by the FIA that 66 women and their children have been arrested in Baghdad for begging.
