In the video, four purported transgenders are seen attacking Rauf Hassan. Initially, a claimed transgenders approaches a PTI leader and assaults him, followed by more purported transgenders attempting to abuse him.
Islamabad police issued a statement following the attack on Rauf Hassan, Information Secretary of Tehreek-e-Insaf, by unknown transgenders.
According to a police spokeswoman, Rauf Hasan was stabbed outside the private television headquarters. According to eyewitnesses, transgenders stabbed Rauf Hasan in the face. Police are present at the scene, and evidence is being collected. Those who have engaged in this behavior will face severe consequences.
