It has been stated by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) that a unified tourist visa program called “GCC Grand Tours” will begin.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait are the six GCC countries that this new program is meant to make travel easier in.
About the GCC Grand Tours Visa
As a multi-entry visa, the GCC Grand Tours Visa will make it easy for tourists to enter all six GCC countries. This gets rid of the need to apply for multiple visas, which speeds up the whole trip process. The visa is also valid for more than 30 days, which is plenty of time to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
Benefits:
This project has many advantages for guests, such as:
Convenience: Applying for different visas for each country is a pain when you only need one.
Cheap: Visa fees could be reduced if your journey goes off without a hitch.
Affordable: With more time to get to know the place, you may relax and enjoy yourself.
What happens to tourism?
The GCC Grand Tours Visa is supposed to make the tourism industry in the region much stronger by:
More tourists: Since it’s easy to get to the GCC, more people are likely to come.
Long Stay: People with longer visas tend to stay longer, which is good for hotels and local companies.
Regional Cooperation: This project encourages cooperation between GCC countries so that the area can be marketed as a single tourist location.
Steps to Take
The GCC is sure that the system will be up and running by the end of 2024, even though there is no official start date yet. At the moment, work is being done to finish the program while security and technology issues are being dealt with.
GCC Travel
With the launch of the GCC Grand Tours Visa, tourism in the area has changed in a big way. The goal of the initiative is to make the GCC a top destination for both domestic and foreign travellers by making travel easier and encouraging cooperation.
