The education department declared on Friday that from June 1, 2024, to August 14, 2024, all public and private schools in Punjab will be closed.
“All public and private schools throughout Punjab shall remain closed from Saturday, June 1, 2024, to Wednesday, August 14, 2024, for summer vacation,” states the notice.
Further, it said, “All schools in the province will reopen on Thursday, August 15, 2024.” The Balochistan Education Department had already told parents about the summer vacation for kids.
According to the notice, places that get a lot of heat will have summer vacations from May 15 to July 31, and places that get a lot of cold will have a 10-day vacation from July 22 to July 31.
They will likely announce vacations for kids in Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as well in the next few days.
