Sher Afzal Marwat, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was released by the Islamabad Police after being arrested.
A large group of police arrested Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Sher Afzal Marwat and took him to the Golra police station. Afzal Marwat’s Twitter account reported that he had been arrested. Later, a police official said that Shir afzal Marwat, the leader of Pt. had been freed on the condition that he would not cause more trouble. Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf workers had already arrived at Tarnol chowk today to take part in the rally. It was said that arrests had been made from Express Chowk earlier today.
